Refer a candidate and get a reward

Do you have an acquaintance, workmate, friend or relative who’s looking for a new job? Think they might be the right fit for one of our technical positions? If the answer’s YES, then refer them our way and you could get rewarded up to 50,000 CZK!

Conditions for obtaining the reward

1. The candidate you’re referring knows that you’re recommending him/her and is interested in participating in our hiring process.
2. You agree to submit the candidate’s CV (incl. contact details) and cover letter to kariera@profinit.eu or to submit said details using the form on our website.
3. We have not been in contact with the referred candidate nor has any staffing agency recommended him/her to us in the last year.
4. The referred candidate ends up going through the entire hiring process, joins Profinit and works for us for at least 3 months (or 63 MDs).

What comes next

As soon as we receive your referral, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll also be informed about the course and result of the hiring procedure. If the candidate is not invited for an interview, our colleagues at HR will send you feedback.
