If the answer\u2019s YES, then refer them our way and you could get rewarded up to 50,000 CZK!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for obtaining the reward<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The candidate you\u2019re referring knows that you\u2019re recommending him\/her and is interested in participating in our hiring process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to submit the candidate\u2019s CV (incl. contact details) and cover letter to <a href=\"mailto:kariera@profinit.eu\">kariera@profinit.eu<\/a> or to submit said details using the form on our website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have not been in contact with the referred candidate nor has any staffing agency recommended him\/her to us in the last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The referred candidate ends up going through the entire hiring process, joins Profinit and works for us for at least 3 months (or 63 MDs).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What comes next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as we receive your referral, we\u2019ll send you a confirmation email. You\u2019ll also be informed about the course and result of the hiring procedure. If the candidate is not invited for an interview, our colleagues at HR will send you feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got questions?
