What you will be doing
- Ushering in an influx of talent and new ideas on where to find it. And again, you’ll be doing this with our full support!
- Searching for IT candidates from a variety of sources (internal databases, social networks… the sky’s the limit! :-))
- Actively communicating with candidates
- Taking part in recruitment events (fairs and university open houses)
- Spreading Profinit’s good name and establishing long-term relationships with candidates will also be integral. Not every candidate has to start RIGHT AWAY 🙂
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in reaching out to candidates—and not just on social media (although regular use of at least LinkedIn is your daily bread)
- Someone who is candidate-oriented and can create win-win relationships
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Meticulousness
- Drive and enthusiasm for recruitment—and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt either!
- Someone who can drive not only new candidates but also cars 🙂
