Junior IT Recruiter

What you will be doing
- Finding IT candidates from a variety of sources (internal databases, social networks… the sky’s the limit :))
- Actively communicating with candidates
- Taking part in recruitment events (fairs and university days)
- Spreading Profinit’s good name and establishing long-term relationships with candidates will also be integral. Not every candidate has to start RIGHT AWAY 🙂
What we are looking for
- At least one year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in reaching out to candidates—and not just on social media
- Someone who is candidate-oriented and can create win-win relationships
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Drive and enthusiasm for recruitment—and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt either!
